I am a client of FundingPips (Ankh Prop – FZCO, licensed under IFZA, Dubai; contracting entity FundingPips Corp, Comoros), a prop trading company. I have traded with them since February 2024 and received seven prior payouts without issue. On 10 August 2026, FundingPips permanently terminated my funded trading account (#20330145, a $50,000 account) and withheld a reward balance of approximately $5,261, citing a "Device ID match" with other users as a Terms of Service breach. I had received a payout from this same account one week earlier, with no issue raised at the time. The technical report FundingPips provided as evidence does not name the terminated account anywhere — it cites older, unrelated accounts instead. I have a documented technical explanation (a third-party analytics tool, Myfxbook, with a dated confirmation email) for the cited device match. I have also reviewed FundingPips' own Terms and Conditions, Responsible Trading Policy, and Trading Conduct and Security Standards in full, and none of them defines a "Device ID match" as a breach. I have raised this in writing multiple times, including a formal without-prejudice settlement offer for 80% of the balance (matching FundingPips' own standard profit split), which was rejected without any substantive response. Every reply has stated the decision is "final" without addressing the specific points raised. I have a full documentation package: the CID report, all written correspondence, the Myfxbook evidence, and FundingPips' governing policy documents. I would like a legal opinion on pursuing recovery of the withheld amount through Dubai Courts (per FundingPips' own Terms and Conditions, which specify Dubai law and jurisdiction), and assistance with a formal legal demand letter as a first step
