Здравствуйте. После смерти деда осталась квартира, я в ней прописана, но собственником является моя мама. Эту квартиру она сдает, мне жить в ней соответственно запрещает. Живу я с родителями в др месте в ужасных условиях, в грязи и руинах. Хотелось бы узнать, имею ли я какие-то права на квартиру дедушки? И может ли она без моего ведома выписать с нее?

В этот же день они связались со мной и сказали что сотрудники банка одобрили открытие депозита и дали мне DPCODE : 105756426305 и сказали что бы я отправил письмо на E-Mail банка remittance@platinum.ltsbuk.com и предостваил им копию документов подтверждающие мою личность и PCODE : 105756426305 и открыть на меня оффшортный счёт . ( Что я по глупости и сделал ) когда понял что совершил глупость было поздно,проверил их сайт он существует 39 дней всего я им еще должен был отослать копию квитанции, что деньги дошли,в общем я им написал что (Вы Мошенники и я на вас уже написал куда надо)!!! Добрый день! Забронировали поездку в Тайланд с 19.01.13 оплатили 50% Сейчас написали отказ от поездки и перебронь у этого же туроператора в другую страну ,а тур оператор выставляет штраф 232 $ Отказ больше чем за месяц, сезон не высокий, откуда?? в договоре наверное как у всех прописано штраф за понесенные потери или что то в этом духе! Что делать? Спасибо!

Добрый день!Купила телефон,через неделю принесла телефон в салон,сказали в течении 45 дней вернут,прошел месяц,уже не хочется ждать отремонтированного телефона.Имею ли я право забрать деньги за него.
