According to Article 156 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation, the conditions of marriage on the territory of the Russian Federation are determined for each of the persons entering into marriage by the legislation of the State of which the person is a citizen at the time of marriage, in compliance with the requirements of Article 14 of this Code with respect to circumstances preventing marriage.
Family law cases in Syria are overseen by a distinct court system. The Civil Procedure Code mandates the jurisdiction of the Sharia Court over the personal status interests of followers of the Muslim faith. Therefore, the Sharia Court has jurisdiction over Sunni and Shia Muslims. However, the Druze in addition to the Christians and the Jews have their own court structures. The courts that have jurisdiction over the range of Christian denominations are called the Spiritual Courts. Judgments passed by these courts may be reviewed by appellate courts for each religion and sect. Under certain circumstances, final appeals may be submitted to the Court of Cassation’s Family Division.
So according to Russian laws in particular Article 14 of the Family Code of Russia, you can get married and it will be legal in Russia, but in Syria it may be recognized as illegal.

Согласно законодательства РФ, брак между иностранными гражданами может быть заключён с соблюдением требований о законности нахождения на территории России брачующихся иностранцев.
Будет ли брак, заключённый на территории России, признаваться в Сирии, это уже другой вопрос.
От Вас и от Вашей невесты потребуется:
иностранный паспорт, миграционная карта, регистрация по месту пребывания, справка из Сирии о том, что в своей стране в браке не состоите. Все документы, выполненные на иностранном языке, должны быть переведены на русский язык и иметь консульскую легализацию.

Вступить в брак в России можно с любым типом визы. Для ускорения процедуры регистрации брака, невеста должна приехать в России со справкой о том, что она в браке не состоит и с консульской легализацией. А также Вы тоже должны иметь такие же документы, как и невеста. Поэтому её визит надо рассчитать так, что документы были на руках. Срок регистрации брака в России- 1 месяц с момента подачи заявления в ЗАГС. При подаче заявления присутствуют жених и невеста лично с вышеперечисленными документами.
