My Russia. I want to marry my Indian fiancé. We are already engaged. What is the procedure? We both are on student visas, but my fiancé's visa is about to expire. He will go to India and return with a valid visa, and then we want to get married. Is this possible? If yes, what is the procedure, including the required documents? Also, if we register the marriage through a lawyer, what would be the charges and how much time would it take? Please let me know.

I am living in Russia as a foreigner with a business visa. I own said business. Now, I am trying to import my Audi Q3 150cc 4 year old car. After having found somebody who could help me with this, they asked me 1,8 million Rubles for the car, which is almost half the original purchase price, and quite frankly an absurd amount. I have a Russian friend who imported a similarly aged car with more cc and more horse power, and he paid far less. What can I do? Why are foreigners punished?
