I wondered whether you could help me with it, please?

My name is Aidana and I am originally from Kazakhstan, I received a driving license from the UAE in 2015, I currently live in Britain and no longer a resident of the UAE.

Britain recently allowed converting UAE driving license to the UK one. But in order to convert my UAE license I need to obtain a letter from the UAE driving authority (RTA or Ministry of Interior) about the following:

- the validity,

- type of license, and

- no disqualification to drive from RTA.

Because I'm no longer a resident of the UAE I can't obtain it from the app. I wondered whether you could help me with it, please?
